Our head office is located on the picturesque island of Hitra, with a branch office in the historic city of Trondheim. We specialize in operating a fleet of bulk self-discharging vessels with current capacities ranging from 3 700 to 8 500 Deadweight tons. This extensive range ensures flexible and dependable cargo shipments across Northern and Western Europe. We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and professionalism, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of environmental responsibility and seamanship.
Our fleet consists entirely of self-discharging vessels equipped with excavators, providing exceptional flexibility and efficiency. This enables us to transport a wide variety of cargo, with a strong focus on long-term shipping contracts. For many years and as of today, a significant part of our operations involves shipping raw materials for the fish feed and agriculture industries in Norway, sourced from various ports across Europe and the UK. Southbound shipments primarily consist of dolomite, crumbles and split stones from the Norwegian coastline to multiple different ports throughout Europe. With approximately 60% of our business secured under long-term contracts, we maintain strong and consistent partnerships with our customers ensuring operational reliability and consistency across international markets. The company’s operations and management are handled by TransMar AS, a DNV-certified ship management company.
